Notes on Using Richart APP
- Richart APP supports iOS 11.0 and above and Android 6.0 and above operating systems.
- Android-supported devices are those announced by Google.
- To reduce transaction risks and protect personal data security, please use a non-jailbroken mobile phone and install anti-virus software from official software stores (e.g., App Store or Google Play)
- You will be unable to use Richart APP if the system detects that your mobile device has been jailbroken (e.g., Jailbreak, JB or Root) when you open the “Richart APP”. Please reset your phone to original factory settings.
- To ensure your account security and avoid the risk of data loss, Richart APP no longer allows USB debugging devices to perform transactions to non-designated accounts. If you are using a device with USB debugging enabled, please go to Setting>Developer Options>Disable USB Debugging.
